It's Good to Have Goals:
It is my goal to provide resources and strategies to you each week to help ease your workload. If there is a particular content area I can help you with, let me know! This week, I'd like to share with you a great tech blog. It's called Free Technology for Teachers. You may already know about this great resource but if you don't, this blog not only has great ideas, but explains the applications to education (tells you how you could use the tech). I love that! Please check out (and sign up to receive via email if you'd like) the blog here: http://www.freetech4teachers.com/
Tell Your Class Story:
When you have a chance, go to our school website and Twitter. How are we telling our school "story" by using these platforms? What do you see that communicates our value of teachers, students, community and learning? Now think about your classroom and students. How do you communicate/tell your class story? What could you do to improve communication (your story) with your students, parents, and community? How could this communication foster better relationships with these stakeholders?
Ready Resources:
Don't forget our wiki that has a lot of resources for you. Keep adding your own to share with others! http://jodiresources.pbworks.com
