From the moment I arrived at headquarters it was clear that CFA cares about its employees and customers. It is evident in the little things like the security guard welcoming me and taking the time to ask about my day to personalized signs along the entrance welcoming each new CFA team member. Employees said "My Pleasure" to visitors and each other throughout the visit. A hierarchy was not noticeable; just a happy team environment.
